Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in Career in Pharma training programs! We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling your enrollment and receiving a refund.
You are entitled to a full refund if you find deficiency in services within 7 business days of your purchase date.
- Cancellations received after 7 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
- If you want to cancel because of your inability to cope up with the program schedule and pace, please note refund can’t be issued.
- If you want to cancel for any personal reasons, in that case we can’t issue refund.
- To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, please submit a written cancellation request to [email protected] or by calling us at +919899406542.
- include your full name and the name of the program you are enrolled in.
- Specify the date of your enrollment.
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
- Please allow an additional 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
We encourage you to carefully review this policy before enrolling in a program. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
- You may want to add a section about course transfers, allowing students to switch to a different program date under certain conditions.
- If your program offers financing options, you can specify how cancellations affect those arrangements.
