Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in Career in Pharma training programs! We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling your enrollment and receiving a refund.
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 7 business days of your purchase date.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of the program start date or after the program launch are not eligible for a refund.
- If you access any course materials, download resources, or participate in online sessions, you forfeit your right to a refund.
- To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, please submit a written cancellation request to [email protected] or by calling us at +919899406542.
- include your full name and the name of the program you are enrolled in.
- Specify the date of your enrollment.
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
- Please allow an additional 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
We encourage you to carefully review this policy before enrolling in a program. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
