Thank you for your interest in Career in Pharma training programs! We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling your enrollment and receiving a refund.

We will consider your cancellation only if your enrollment is within 7 business days, provided you meet the conditions below in the page.

• Cancellations received after 7 days of payment or after the program launch are not eligible for a refund.
• If you access any course materials, download resources, or participate in online sessions, you forfeit your right to a refund.

• To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, please submit a written cancellation request to [email protected] or by connecting with your admission counselor.

• Specify the date of your enrollment.

• Once we receive your cancellation request and is eligible for refund, we will process it within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
• Please allow an additional 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
